English speaking working student (w/m/d)


You are a native English speaker, a linguistic talent and like to work in a structured way? Then you've come to the right place!

What awaits you. We are an agency working in the field of digital customer service. You will become part of a small team that constantly improves the service channels chatbot and dynamic FAQs. With the help of a software we analyse the customer behaviour and find ways to improve content (e.g. which topics are being searched for and which questions are not answered correctly). Together with the team, you develop the channels continuously and implement improvements actively.

What we expect. You are empathetic and able to put yourself in the shoes of customers. Your thoughts will be stringently conveyed and succinctly put into words. You take responsibility for your part of the work and are absolutely reliable. 

Other framework conditions. You should be able to work a minimum of 10 hours and a maximum of 20 hours a week spread over as many working days as possible, as continuity is important for the project. You will have the opportunity to work in our home office after the induction period, which will not replace the personal contact and exchange in our office. We are interested in a long-term cooperation and are looking for a minimum period of 6 months.
